Isaiah 40:31

But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.

NLT:  But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength.  They will soar high on wings like eagles.  They will run and not grow weary.  They will walk and not faint.

Psalm 37:23-24

If the Lord delights in a man’s way, he makes his steps firm; though he stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hands.

NLT:  The Lord directs the steps of the godly.  He delights in every detail of their lives.  Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand.

Psalm 16:11 (NKJV)

You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

NLT:  You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever.
