Psalm 90:14

Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.

NLT:  Satisfy us each morning with your unfailing love, so we may sing for joy to the end of our lives.

Acts 17:27-28

God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us.  “For in him we live and move and have our being.”  As some of your own poets have said, “We are his offspring.”

NLT:  “His purpose was for the nations to seek after God and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him—though he is not far from any one of us.  For in him we live and move and exist.  As some of your own poets have said, “We are his offspring.”

Hebrews 11:1 (AMP)

Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things (we) hope for, being the proof of things (we) do not see and the conviction of their reality (faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses).

NLT:  Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.
