Philippians 4:13 (NKJV)

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

NLT:  For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.

Isaiah 58:11

The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame.  You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.

NLT:  The Lord will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength.  You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring.

John 14:6

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through me.”

NLT:  Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.  No one can come to the Father except through me.”

Colossians 4:2

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.
