Isaiah 41:10 (NJKV)

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

NLT:  “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you.  Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you and help you.  I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.”

Jeremiah 29:12-13

“Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.  You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”

NLT:  In those days when you pray, I will listen.  If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.”

John 10:14, 27-28

“I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me…My sheep listen to my voice, I know them, and they follow me.  I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand.”

NLT:  “I am the good shepherd; I know my own sheep, and they know me…My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.  I give them eternal life, and they will never perish.  No one can snatch them away from me.”
