Romans 8:31-32
What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave
him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all
things?
NLT: What shall we
say about such wonderful things as these?
If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Since he did not spare even his own Son but
gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else?
Micah 7:7
But as for me, I watch in hope for the Lord, I wait for God
my Savior; my God will hear me.
NLT: As for me, I
look to the Lord for help. I wait
confidently for God to save me, and my God will certainly hear me.
1 Corinthians 12:3
Therefore I tell you that no one who is speaking by the
Spirit of God says, “Jesus be cursed,” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,”
except by the Holy Spirit.
NLT: So I want you to
know that no one speaking by the Spirit of God will curse Jesus, and no one can
say Jesus is Lord, expect by the Holy Spirit.
