Hebrews 6:19

We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.  It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain.

NLT:  This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls.  It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary.

1 John 2:28

And now, dear children, continue in him, so that when he appears we may be confident and unashamed before him at his coming.

NLT:  And now, dear children, remain in fellowship with Christ so that when he returns, you will be full of courage and not shrink back from him in shame.

Matthew 22:37

Jesus replied:  “’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’”

NLT:  Jesus replied:  ‘” You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’”
